About us

Wynyard Therapy provides therapy and wellbeing services. Further details about our services can be found on our website.

Therapy services

Therapy sessions are provided in good faith and are intended to support wellbeing. Therapy is not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a medical or mental health emergency, you should contact your GP, NHS 111, or emergency services immediately.

Results from therapy vary from person to person, and no guarantees are made regarding outcomes.

Appointments and bookings

Appointments can be booked via our website using the Phorest booking system or by contacting us directly.

When booking online, you will be redirected to Phorest to complete your appointment. Phorest operates under its own Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Payments

Payment terms, including fees and any deposits required, will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.

All online payments are processed securely by Phorest and its authorised payment providers. Wynyard Therapy does not store or process payment card details.

Cancellations and missed appointments

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you provide reasonable notice. Cancellation terms, including any applicable charges, will be made clear at the time of booking.

Failure to attend an appointment without notice may result in a charge.

Client responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information relevant to your therapy sessions. This helps ensure sessions are delivered safely and effectively.
