About the Founder

As a Fixer in the Superyacht Industry for over 25 years I have learnt first hand how to build and manage International teams to deliver exceptional experiences.

Working in some of the World’s most glamorous destinations with superyacht owners and guests from Princesses to Presidents in Palm Beach to Porto Cervo, Imperia to St Tropez, Bermuda to Balearics, Australia to Fiji, Monaco to Maine.

My passion for sailing started aged 7 growing up in Mallorca. I organised and managed classic yacht regattas in The Mediterranean, Caribbean and USA.
I’ve crossed the Atlantic from Palma to Antigua, Raced across the pacific from Australia to Fiji, celebrated the Fastnet in the Solent for The Americas Cup celebrations, enjoyed Twilight Racing in The Channel Islands and Sydney Harbour

I have been a guest and 18th man on Team New Zealand with Grant Dalton in Trapani in return for taking uber and exceptional care of their investors and their superyachts at The 32nd America’s Cup Series 2003-2007. I’d asked for my fee in diamonds but they are Kiwis after all ; ))

I organised a team of hair & beauty therapists to look guests onboard at The Valencia Superyacht Marina in 2007

Recognised as a Human of Yachting for my contribution to the industry.

I’ve had my own personal health journey over my lifetime in various guises and the last 15 years have been a long and personal journey to heal from a burnout and ME/CFS.

I’ve been on health and wellness retreats from Mayr to Puerto Rico spending 1000’s of dollars 💵 in a search for health, happiness and harmony.

I enjoy empowering women and the next generation of young girls to find their own individual answers, from skin care to self love through advocacy, adventure and education.

I’m a Patron of NELD North East Ladies Day supporting local Causes and charities since 1983.

I appreciate the importance and privilege of seeing the rich tapestry of life. The diversity of human relationships across countries & cultures. In building happy, inclusive communities and productive teams I am inspired to seek contrasting experiences and perspectives to challenge and improve our collective work.
