Alice brings cutting-edge expertise and meticulous service to her local community at her multi award-winning luxury salon, Wynyard Therapy.

Before moving to the North East, Alice spent 25 years in the superyacht business, managing prestigious regatta programmes, award ceremonies, parties and luxury events for owners, international media and Royal Yacht Clubs.

She founded SKIN CLUB® after discovering advanced wellness and skincare protocols during time with VIP clients in Palm Beach, Miami, Sydney and St. Tropez, and was awarded Best Skin & Beauty Business Strategy Provider by the UK Global Business Awards 2025.

Her happy place? On the water, or covered in dogs.

With a background in beauty, events and hospitality, Caroline is the welcoming face of Wynyard Therapy. As our SKIN CLUB® Concierge, she supports members with seamless appointment bookings, skincare prescriptions and personalised treatment journeys.

Known for her warm smile and first-class customer care, she works closely with Alice and our Salon Operations Manager to ensure every guest receives a 5-star experience. When she’s not organising diaries, you’ll find her with her three daughters, walking her dog or lifting weights at the gym.

For SKIN CLUB® bookings or salon enquiries, Caroline is our number one cheerleader.

Emma is our steady ship and smooth-skin queen, leading the team with heart, humour and serious expertise.

As our Advanced Skin Practitioner and full-time Senior Beauty Therapist, she delivers transformative treatments including SKIN CLUB®, laser hair removal, advanced facials, AlumierMD chemical peels, dermaplaning, hydra facials, RF, CACI, microblading, HD Brows, LVL lashes, and intimate waxing and nails. With a background in customer service, she’s known for her warm approach, clinical precision, and keeping salon operations running like clockwork.

Outside the salon? You’ll find her on muddy dog walks with Pepper, or deep in a home reno project.

Charleigh is our calm creative with a love of big bouncy blow-drys, bold colour and fast cars. With 7+ years of salon experience and L’Oréal Professionnel training, she’s known for creating confidence through colour, delivering flawless results across luxury hair extensions, balayage & ombré techniques, restyles, keratin smoothing treatments, men’s barbering and glossing toners. As our Education Manager, she leads in-salon training in partnership with L’Oréal Professionnel.

Fluent in both hair artistry and German, Charleigh brings skill, smoothness and shine to every client lucky enough to be in her chair.

Chloe is our go-to expert for balayage, blended highlights, luxury hair extensions and precision men’s cuts. With years of experience and L’Oréal Professionnel training, she brings calm confidence and a talent for natural, flawless hair transformations.

Whether you’re after sun-kissed tones or glossy, nourished locks, wefts or waves, Chloe delivers perfection with every appointment. Leah is our rising star — a Level 3 Hair Apprentice and Junior Stylist, nailing the “quiet luxury” trend with her signature creamy blondes and flawless bouncy blow-drys.

A Top 50 Runner-Up for Apprentice of the Year 2025, she graduated Level 2 with Distinction and is fully trained in premium hair extensions including individuals, wefts, tapes and colour matching services — already making waves amongst her loyal extension clients.

Leah brings professionalism, care and creativity to every guest, from perfect pin-ups to beautiful balayage. Her attention to detail makes every appointment a VIP experience, and she’s building a loyal client base with style and grace. Lucky us for finding her.

Yazmin is a confident young stylist with 6 years of in-salon experience. She specialises in balayage, colour transformations, expensive blondes, glossing services and a bouncy blow-dry.

Trained in luxury weft hair extensions, Yazmin loves helping clients achieve fuller, longer, confidence-boosting hair. From elegant pin-up styling to everyday polished looks, she combines calm creativity with professionalism while steadily building a loyal client base.

Yazmin enjoys boating and dog walks with her family in the Lakes, Pilates classes, girls’ trips, cocktails, Ibiza sunshine, and bringing her personal positivity and enthusiasm to her guests and the salon every day.

Known as our Bake Off Beauty Queen, Paige is a spa-trained Senior Beauty Therapist who brings heart, humour and a heavenly NEOM hot candle wax massage to the salon. A talented baker, team party planner and proud mum of two, she’s full of life, and clients love her warm energy and uplifting spirit.

With a passion for personal connection, Paige specialises in HydraFacials, non-surgical facelifts (HIFU), French manicures, pampering pedicures and a restorative full body massage.

With over 25 years of experience in the beauty industry, Victoria is a highly sought-after nail technician and award-winning makeup artist.
